1st batch : all deliveries made between February 18 and March 9, 2025
2nd batch : all deliveries made between April 24 and May 12, 2025
3rd batch : all M1 and M3 cards delivered between July and August 2025, M2 and M4 delivered in december.
next deliveries : Of the 239 pre-orders, 84 have been delivered, with the remainder being shipped at a rate of approximately 15 orders per day (We apologize for the delay due to the absence of a key employee.)
We apologise again for the delays, which have resulted in 96 orders being reimbursed.
NOTE ON PRICES: NAND prices have increased a lot last 3 months. We will reopen orders by the end of December implementing the smallest possible price increase (below 10%).
SSD Upgrades for Non-Upgradable Macs
Welcome to Polysoft, where you can purchase SSD upgrades that we manufacture for Mac Studio and other Macs, which you won't find anywhere else. The idea came to us in 2022:
We realized that Apple does not offer storage upgrades for these high-performance machines after purchase. Even if it did, the 512GB modules were not as fast as the 8TB modules, which were exorbitantly priced.
By July 2024, our SSDs were ready, and we recruited a few testers for intensive testing. The reliability and speed were excellent as expected. We would like to thank Keith from California, Marián from Slovakia, Chester from the Netherlands, Yufei from California, Nando from New York, and Max. In particular, Max helped us develop software to collect test data over months. If you have development needs, feel free to contact us with any questions, and we will forward them to him.
In October, as the tests were going very well, we launched a Kickstarter project that was successful! And now you can buy products directly from this shop!
